The rooms at Hotel Vale Do Coa are seriously comfortable and cozy. I mean, they have air conditioning and free WiFi! Who doesn't love that? And the city view from some rooms is just amazing. Plus, the flat-screen TV is perfect for some chill time after a long day of biking.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the single room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The hotel is located in a very uninteresting area, but it's close to the fantastic Douro valley. It's easy to find on the main drag next to a good cafe. The room was basic and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries and quality coffee.
